Since coming to live in Tauranga 12 months ago I have dealt with Trellis and Ply on four occasions, having purchased trellis fence panels, a courtyard gate and two garden shelter panels from them.  On each occasion I have been very impressed with both the product and service received from Kay and Barry.  Their prompt, efficient and friendly approach is a refreshing experience in today’s market place.  Their attention to detail together with making sure all options, quotations and delivery times are understood is impressive.  I have been a retail store development manager with a 76 store national company and dealt with hundreds of building and associated trades people throughout NZ.  Both large and small and can say with confidence and enthusiasm that Trellis and Ply rank amongst the very best.

My dealings with Kay and Barry were great, they listen to what my ideas were and together I received just what I wanted. I was treated like a friend and at no time was it a bother for them to answer any questions. I was really pleased with the way they helped sort out my privacy around the clothesline and all comments have been great,  the work area was left very clean and tidy.

Since first walking into the Trellis & Ply showroom, we have had nothing but satisfaction from this great team!  Kay, Barry and Shane have helped us create a beautiful fence and various other structures in and around our garden.  From the first point of contact with Kay, she has always been friendly, efficient and helpful.  We have always had a prompt and reliable service from Barry and Shane, who literally appear at the house the day after contacting them, and sometimes even on the day.  Barry and Shane have helped us out immensely with our designs and planning, right through to the supplying and building of some beautiful trellis.  Even when Shane was 'out of action' with a shoulder injury, Barry came to our rescue to erect a piece of trellis to stop our toddler from falling off a high concrete deck - I think the job was completed in a couple of days - what better service could you ask for!  I have nothing but praise for this great family firm and wish them all the luck for a prosperous future.
